As a Product Designer and Communications Analyst I worked cross-functionally with editors, producers, and developers to deliver efficient and visually striking solutions at the intersection of product, brand and technology. I collaborated with researchers to translate dense research into polished articles, interactive graphics, data tools and visualizations, and immersive micro-sites:Contributed extensively to the successful launch of the multi-year, full-site, redesign of RAND’s page rand.org website.Helped establish a new design system that supports consistent and efficient design and development.Conceptualized and codified brand art directionBuilt and documenting a shared organizational design language.Conducted usability studies to identify opportune areas for growth and improvement, making persuasive presentations and recommendations based on my findings.
