Implement and train all employees on the operating procedures, preventive maintenance schedules, emergency plans, and safety/risk management policies that conform to NRG Park standards. Assist in the preparation and negotiation of service agreements for event services, housekeeping services, maintenance, and other agreements as needed. Inspects conversions, construction, and installation progress to ensure conformance to established specifications. Prepares work schedules and sets staffing responsibilities. Schedules full/part-time employees and subcontracted service providers according to event demands.Investigates, analyzes, and resolves operational problems and complaints.Acts as liaison with tenants, contractors, and facility users as needed.
