As the Senior Vice President Home Therapies for Satellite Healthcare, I was recruited to develop, build and implement an innovative Home Therapy strategy across the business enterprise. Career Growth Accomplishments: • Generated $1.28B in revenue and $365M in EBIT in 2015. Total EBIT margin of 35%. • Drove largest growth in Home Therapies in Fresenius Medical Care’s history – 450 basis points in seven years, with continued YOY organic growth in excess of 8%. • Led Six Sigma program to reduce supply wastage, producing $6M annualized savings by focusing on logistics and supply chain. • Drove growth in clinic and de novo facilities from 500 to clinics offering home dialysis service.
