In earlier roles I reviewed resourcing against demand and strategy at the Hydro Graphic Office and resolved capability gaps at Kettering General Hospital.Programme Management: I am Prince II qualified and have experience of planning and delivering large scale projects including merging teams, transition of services and global applications implementations.IT Operations: I have experience in global P&L roles, working with fellow functional heads on financial planning and profit improvement programmes. I built, coached and performance managed extended teams of up to 300 mainly offshore personnel.Stakeholder Engagement & Vendor Management: I have proven ability to swiftly engage the business and IT stakeholders to understand their priorities, constraints and communication preferences. Also have extensive experience of managing complex vendor models. At Specsavers my work included agreeing new quality standards with vendors, merging offshore services from multiple suppliers and managing blended in house/outsourced teams.
