Delivers solutions for valuing inventory under the Retail Accounting Method and producing cost of sales/gross margin results. • Responsible for the technical decisions, business plans, & managing a global engineering team that supports over twenty applications that are part of the Sales to Cash Product. The Sales to Cash Product supports the financial integrity of Sales, Tenders, Receivables, & Tax for Target & Target.com. • Completed the implementation of SAP CAR (Customer Activity Repository), finance changes necessary to support sale of pharmacy to CVS & upstream business driven demand, Vertex tax software upgrade, & designing an application integration tier leveraging open source technologies such as Storm, Camel, Spark, etc. • Modernized the current application portfolio by identifying opportunities to reduce application portfolio & perform ongoing support.
