Hello! I\'m a science-driven leader with over a decade of experience in severe weather research and operations. My experience includes several years as an operational meteorologist and my current role as the Severe Weather Program Coordinator for the National Weather Service, wherein I help lead national severe weather services, policies, and procedures. With a Ph.D. in Atmospheric Sciences, I bridge deep scientific expertise with operational strategy and collaboration. I\'m passionate about roles that require strategic thinking, cross-agency and interdisciplinary collaboration, and the translation of complex science into actionable outcomes.
