Passion for Illinois and small business! I have devoted my private sector career to building and protecting small businesses. That drive led me to run for office and serve my neighbors as their state representative where I could promote policies and regulations that improve the business climate in Illinois. After eight years in office and another year as a staffer in the House of Representatives, I began lobbying state government to continue my efforts on behalf of small businesses all across our state. For more than 30 years, I have led a small business whose focus has been to support fellow small businesses with effective technology implementations so they can focus on their business. Because we build long-term relationships, we understand not only the client\'s computer systems, we also understand the client\'s business and the role in which technology will make a positive difference. At Responsive, we build and protect the IT solutions that small organization leaders depend on for success.
