Keith R Bujak, PhD, is a Principal Researcher at Steelcase, where he investigates how environments, technology, and human behavior can be thoughtfully integrated to foster more inclusive and effective workplaces. With over 20 years of experience, Keith’s research provides organizations with behavioral insights that drive strategies for effective collaboration and performance. His work spans a variety of industries and themes, with particular attention to hybrid collaboration, AI-augmented work, and inclusive design. Keith earned his PhD and MS in Engineering Psychology from the Georgia Institute of Technology and his BS in Mechanical Engineering and Psychology from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He is committed to sharing research-driven perspectives that help organizations navigate change and create environments where everyone thrives.
