We also partner closely with CEOs and business leaders to design or restructure their organizations\' people functions to be strategically aligned with their business drivers.My unique background practicing labor and employment law with leading national law firms on both coasts serving as a top human resources executive in numerous industries enables me to view client challenges and solutions with a different and more holistic perspective.
