As the Engineering Platform Design Authority at GTS, I lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and high-performance engineering platforms. These platforms are pivotal in our digital transformation efforts, streamlining engineering processes and delivering value to both internal and global customers. My responsibilities include platform architecture design, technical leadership, collaboration with international cross-functional teams, technology evaluation, and ensuring compliance and security. I provide expert guidance and mentorship to engineering teams, aligning platform design with strategic business objectives and staying at the forefront of industry trends and emerging technologies.As Director of Engineering Operations at GTS-URS, I oversee the competitiveness of engineering through the effectiveness and efficiency of our core pillars: People, Processes, Practices, and Platforms. Collaborating transversely with all functions (HR, Legal, Quality, Finance, Procurement, IST, HSE) as we striving for Operational Excellence for the Thales URS global footprint. I lead team the Engineering Discipline, Engineer Platforms (E2), and Configuration Management Organisation within my department. We focus on driving continuous improvement and Engineering operational excellence.
