I oversee the laws of the game at World Rugby, looking after laws content, print & digital assets as well as the words that are in it. This brings me into contact with players, coaches, referees and administrators around the rugby world at elite and community levels. I got into refereeing as an 18 year old, and been involved ever since. I set up RugbyReferee.net back in 2012 to try and bring refereeing content, news and community together. I\'ve built and grown a vibrant community of rugby referees and match officials over in Meta-Land - hunt the group out if you want to join the #RefSquad. In a former life, I led on social media strategy, content and employee advocacy at Zurich Insurance Group - a global insurer in a regulated area.
