I lead a group of technical staff within Pew\'s Conservation Support team who provide specialized expertise to support the full range of Pew’s Environment project teams in achieving their goals on topics ranging from establishing and improving marine protected areas; protecting ocean life on the high seas and in the deep sea; improving fisheries management; preventing ocean plastics; and protecting coastal wetlands, rivers, and terrestrial habitats such as Canada’s Boreal forest, U.S. public lands, Chilean Patagonia, and the Australian Outback. My team has expertise in conservation finance; climate adaptation, resilience and mitigation; environmental economics; and trade policy.
