Manage and direct the production support, optimization, and deployment activities of the Resolute Professional Billing and Claims team (43 total analysts). Create and foster team culture through planning and coordinating meaningful in-person and remote team meetings. Interview, evaluate, and hire for both open positions and consultants. Represent Resolute Professional Billing in the assessment, vetting, and resourcing of system improvement projects.
