As the Sr. Vice President at the Center for Independent Employees (CIE), a nonprofit legal defense foundation, I lead the development and implementation of labor policy and strategy to promote individual freedom and free enterprise. With over 20 years of experience as an educator, coach, and business developer, I have a proven track record of building and leading successful teams, resolving conflicts, and communicating effectively with diverse stakeholders.I am passionate about empowering and protecting the rights of employees, especially those who work in the public sector. I have been involved in several landmark cases and initiatives that challenged union coercion, corruption, and transparency, such as overturning union fair share fees, ending ghost teaching practices, and advancing employee rights legislation. My work has been featured in the Wall Street Journal, Newsweek, and other major media outlets, and I have been a frequent speaker at state and national policy events.
