Pendragon Management are supporting DCMS roll out the DCIA program around the Smart multifunction pole specifications. These are a key area for creating the smart cities needed now to reduce carbon footprint and make cities friendly to its citizens and visitors.Pendragon Management is also focussed on helping roll out fibre networks for FTTP, 5G, IoT and V2X requirements. Personal Experience • Smart city expert focussed on Future proofing cities through diagnostic analysis of risks facing the city and creating a prioritised mix of requirements which can then be enabled via many forms of technology. Particular interests in Connected Autonomous Vehicles and Mobility as a Service, and their impacts on public transport, roads and city infrastructure. And also Big/ Open Data as well as standard Smart city services.• Broad experience in managing companies from start up to large Divisions internationally. Example roles include CEO with Venture Capital funding, GM with M&A and VP marketing.• Highly experienced in CXO selling and closing to major Telcos• Excellent communication skills – ability to communicate effectively within all levels of an organization; ability to capture and engage audiences when speaking at major events; appearances in trade journals, analysts reports, web-media and TV.• Extensive systems and business knowledge across many areas of telecommunications architecture, processes with target architectures such as TMForum\'s Frameworx, networks, operations, services, and products. • Several years experience with VC\'s analysing companies and advising on investments etc.• MD of Agilent\'s OSS business worldwide $240M ($160M Product,$80M Professional Services) turnover across 40 countries.Specialties: CEO, Divisional management, Raising venture capital, M&A from a few million up to $730M. In depth knowledge of telecomms across OSS/BSS.Current focus areas: Managed Services for Telcos. Policy Control and Enforcement as a differentiator, Real time charging across Quad play networks, customer experience and Operational and Business support systems, Target Operating Models (E.G. eTOM) and payments.
