Experience working with USAID programs, PEPFAR, PMI, Reproductive Health, Maternal Child Health and TB. Collaboration with UNICEF, UNFPA, Global Fund, BMGF, DFID, DANIDA and GAVI to support and coordinate service delivery programing. Support to Tanzania Food and Drug Administration and the Food, Medicine and Health Care Administration and Control Authority of Ethiopia (FMHACA) to build human resource capacity, counterfeiting detection technology and development of University Laboratory curriculum for pharmaceutical quality analysis training. Support FMHACA’s development and implementation of an automated information system to streamline the registration of health and food production for importation and implementation of a national call center to report pharmaceutical problems. Providing leadership for the policy framework and implementation of Global Standards 1 track and trace serialization in Ethiopia and serving as a member of the global technical working group. Lead strategic advisor for Health Information Systems (HIS) representing USAID on the Ethiopian Donor Data Use Partnership.(BMGF, Global Fund, Doris Duke Foundation and USAID) Established and chair the Ethiopian supply chain donor coordinating group which shares information, jointly plans procurements and prioritizes technical assistance to the Ethiopia public health supply chain.AOR/COR/Activity Manager for Human Resource for Health, Health System Finance Reform, SCMS, Deliver, Aids Free, GHSC-PSM, PQM, bilateral construction projects.Led Global Fund, Coca Cola, USAID Last Mile initiative in Tanzania resulting in direct delivery to all public health facilities in the country.
