ABOUT KEITH HARDIE

I help clients in the legal sector, as well as those targeting the legal market for their services, with their strategic marketing, business development and internal engagement challenges. I also help legal start-ups test their propositions and drive growth. I am a marketing and commercial leader who has driven award-winning results while cutting costs in professional services and other sectors. I have won multiple awards and transformed major law firms\' market positioning and digital presence. I have also been involved in launching half a dozen legal start-ups, some of which have become multi-million a year businesses, and I have a passion for legal innovation. I have also supported internal and external communication for significant change programmes, crisis situations, cross-border acquisitions and international expansion, as well as driven new product development, customer satisfaction and client service initiatives, and successfully led large teams during major reorganisations. I completed an MBA, having gained a scholarship to one of the UK\'s leading programmes, as well as Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and PRINCE project management training.
