ABOUT KEITH GORHAM

I’m a lighting controls designer and technical systems specialist with deep experience across lighting, telecommunications, and complex infrastructure environments. I’m known for being the person who can quickly assess a technical problem, identify the root cause, and deliver reliable, real-world solutions — whether in the field, during design, or alongside contractors and end users.Today, I design and support advanced lighting control systems, lead regional initiatives, and collaborate with project teams to ensure smooth deployment and a seamless user experience. Before my current role, I performed field startups, commissioning, troubleshooting, and end-user training on Hubbell NX and other lighting control platforms.Earlier in my career, I spent more than a decade in telecommunications engineering with Alcatel and Rockwell Collins, working on optical transmission, wireless network infrastructure, enterprise systems, and customer-facing technical deployments. These roles built the foundation for my strengths in systems integration, documentation, network configuration, and hands-on field engineering.I also bring operational and quality experience — ensuring compliance, overseeing technical processes, and maintaining reliable performance in highly regulated or fast-moving environments — but my core focus remains technical systems design, engineering support, and problem solving.Key strengths include:• Lighting control system design, commissioning & troubleshooting• AutoCAD, system documentation & configuration• Telecom & network engineering (optical, wireless, enterprise)• Cross-functional project coordination• Customer-facing technical support & training• Data-driven problem solving and clear communicationI thrive in environments where systems are complex, field conditions shift quickly, and success relies on both technical depth and steady collaboration. My goal is always the same: deliver systems that work the way they’re meant to — every time.
