HOW I DO IT I convened an Information Technology Governance oversight committee, transforming the process for delivering solutions. In that process I created a business solutions intake to leverage a common process for creating a technology or business process change request, stating requirements, and ROI. Reduced the time from ideation to decision as well as cost, duplicity, and overlap. I orchestrated a wholesale implementation of new clinical, enterprise, and infrastructure platforms. Launched a new HRIS, a clinical site management system, and managed the creation of an operational data warehouse. I implemented a business intelligence platform for information analytics and KPI reporting. I manage through enormous change, articulate challenges, and keep teams focused and dedicated.
