Earlier in my career, I formed and managed a successful instructional design and personal coaching consulting firm. Launching my career as an Environmental Instructor, I accepted a role as Assistant Teacher for a private Atlanta based school and later completed a training internship with United Parcel Service (UPS).I hold a Masters in Human Resource Development and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Additionally, I earned the eLearning Guild Academy Mobile Learning Strategy Certification and I have completed numerous training seminars and workshops from industry organizations as well as Fortune 500 leaders such as The Home Depot and UPS.
