About Keith Hill

I have 15+ years experience working in retail, sales and business development. Most recently I have spent the past 5 years at a local church implementing and launching new initiatives. In March on 2020 I helped to developed a number of community relationship and created programs to provide immediate covid relief to non profit organizations and school, and recognition events to support frontline workers. Over this time I have gained experience in event planning and project management, hosting a number of events that served thousands of participants while overseeing volunteer teams as small as 5 and as large as 120. Also, I have been a lead contributor in launching a new church campus and served on our digital growth and strategy team. My retail management experience is where I developed strong customer service skills. My main job was managing the day to day operations, training employees and dealing with customers in different situations. Also, I have consistently been a top performer in sales may it be product sales, rewards programs or credit. In addition to this, as a manager, I would maintain proper inventories on my floor, and oversee the shipment process. This helped me develop a stronger sense of responsibility, time management, and organizational skills. Previous to my retail management experience I spent 3 year managing sales teams where I was in charge of interviewing, hiring, and sales training. I also spent 2 year as a business development manager in the financial industry, focusing on customer retention. I had the opportunity to launch a nationwide email marketing campaign aimed at increasing member retention and partnering with in network credit unions. This experience help to develop my skill in data analysis and market research, as well as networking.
