   Responsible for implementing Business Relationship Management as part of the new IRS Technology Business Management team.Management of stakeholder management program including writing the Stakeholder Management standard operating procedure, created a CRM platform, created a stakeholder registry for nearly 500 stakeholders while partnering with internal and external stakeholders.Developing internal programs, services, and functional governance processes in support of the TBM program for all 7 IRS IT departments.Co-created the TBM Communication and Training Development standard operating procedures for developing and implementing all internal communications and the creation and integration of the TBM Team’s Apptio training program and supporting resources.Managing the planning, creation, scripting, delivery, and maintenance of internal training programs, informational videos, and workshops.Instrumental in writing and maintaining the FAQs of the TBM program and the TBM user guide for the data reporting tool Apptio.
