As the Vice President of Marketing I am responsible for the creation and execution of the annual marketing plan that aligns with Epec’s organizational goals set forth by the CEO and/or Senior Leadership Team. Building a creative, integrated, multi-channel marketing department that builds brand awareness and reputation, provides a steady flow of sales leads, and measures the return on marketing program investments. I also supervise and lead the Marketing Team and I am responsible for overall management of marketing deliverables, including but not limited to: print materials, company websites, social media channels, company blog, marketing automation software, advertisements, trade shows, and inbound lead generation tactics.
