About Keith Yeater

For more than 30 years, Keith has worked with organizations in various industries to provide the kind of executive leadership coaching that yields significant and sustainable operational performance improvements. In his previous roles as VP for Food & Beverage, Consumer Products and Mergers and Integrations as well as in his current VP role at CBS, Keith has led hands-on global engagements with food and beverage companies, process industries, discrete manufacturers and private equity firms, with expertise in due diligence and certification as an M&A specialist. Keith feels great pride in the results and successes he has helped companies achieve. In one case, his team’s improvement strategy reduced past due orders by 90%. Another company reduced their product lead time from over 10 days to less than two—impressive results in a compressed timeframe of less than 12 weeks. He values his clients’ loyalty and trust in CBS’s approach. Not long ago, what began as a 3-month engagement became one that lasted over two years, and in that time, CBS was able to implement an end-to-end lean operations system that remains successful to this day. Outside of work, Keith finds great satisfaction in giving back to his community, family and friends. He is an active member of his local Lion’s Club and a member of Stone Lutheran Church where he has served in lay leadership roles. Happily married for over 26 years, Keith is a proud father of three successful children. Every day he reminds himself of the adage, “To whom much is given, much is required,” and he aims to live up to this standard in both his professional and personal life.
