ABOUT KEITH G. YARD

Ten years ago, I was an animation student at Cégep du Vieux Montréal with big dreams and no clear path. Today, I\'ve had the incredible opportunity to direct creative vision for major international clients including Netflix, Universal, PBS, and Gaumont, leading teams that brought stories to millions of viewers worldwide.What drives me isn\'t just the final product, though I\'m proud of the work we\'ve created. It\'s the process of building something meaningful with talented people, solving complex creative challenges, and constantly pushing the boundaries of what\'s possible. As an Art Director for the past five years, I\'ve learned that the most impactful projects come from clear vision, innovative thinking, and empowered teams.I\'m currently exploring new creative territories through my QEPC producer mentorship program. After a decade in animation, I\'m excited to apply my experience in creative leadership, workflow innovation, and team development to cultural institutions, interactive media, and emerging creative sectors.The creative industries are evolving rapidly, and I\'m particularly interested in how we can make them more sustainable, accessible, and fulfilling for artists at every level. From developing production methods that increased efficiency, to mentoring emerging talent, I\'m always looking for ways to elevate both the work and the people creating it.I love connecting with fellow creatives who are passionate about innovation, collaboration, and making a positive impact through their work.
