With over a 15 years of experience in the hospitality, education, retail and fitness industries, I have developed a passion for creating and maintaining a positive and engaging employee experience. I hold a Diploma in Human Resources Management from Bow Valley College, where I also participated in the Alberta Deans Business Case Competition in 2018 & 2019. As a Talent & Culture Coordinator and National Admissions Trainer, I have supported the onboarding, training, and development of new and existing staff, ensuring they have the tools and resources to succeed in their roles. I have also contributed to the enhancement of many company\'s culture, values, and diversity initiatives, while fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment.
