Led on the procurement for an 8 figure service offering for Trusts in most need of support whilst implementing EPR\'s. My role is leading this new service and integrating into a current operating model along with managing the supplier, tracking delivery and benefits.Leading the teams to deliver targeted upskilling for Trusts where we have delivered over 75 full day workshops around the country with a 90%+ recommendation rating. Leading the team to deliver targeted supported by using data to identify Trust most in need. This work also involves changing the culture within the wider teams to become \'data driven\'My role also involves stakeholder engagement to senior NHS leaders both in NHSE and Trusts which regularly encompasses engagement sessions to over 100 leaders.
