About Keith Wiggs

I am a fundraising professional with more than 30 years of direct experience with cultural and educational institutions in New York and New Jersey. I have successfully developed individual and institutional donor bases, established and managed robust volunteer networks, served as liaison to several high-level boards, managed large-scale fundraising events, and sourced, trained and supervised development staffs. In addition, my experience includes extensive grant writing, strategic planning, capital and endowment campaigns, and business plans and feasibility studies, as well as research and implementation of lead, major and grassroots fundraising efforts. I have worked at large, multi-divisional and inter-disciplinary organizations and successfully developed positive and productive relationships with educators, programmers and artistic staff to understand their needs, to determine appropriate strategies and proposals, and to solicit and close gifts. I have been actively engaged in board development and I have worked closely with leadership in nominating and development committees. I possess a strong command of the visual and performing arts, along with an understanding of the humanities, education and the natural sciences.
