The purpose of the Senior Manager, Field Operations position is to serve at the strategic liaison between the Genesis National Office (NHQ) and the assigned regions. This role will ensure the proper implementation of NHQ initiatives & programs at the regional and retail level, delivering superior KPI attainment & results: • Strategic liaison between the National office (NHQ) and assigned regions. • Support mid to long term planning to create initiatives that further the company’s overall goals & KPI attainment. • Coordinate with various departments and across regions to foster an exchange of ideas and provide cross-regional learnings & opportunities. • Identifying potential problems and points of friction; working to implement solutions to maximize KPI performance. • Identifying opportunities to expand or shift course to take advantage of changes in the market. • Support field usage of MarketView, Market Master, Dealer Performance Management, and other IT support systems. • Act as a liaison to NHQ staff in providing market intelligence by providing data and analysis to support Incentive, MSP, Market Share and Marketing initiatives. • Act as region subject matter expert on corporate initiatives including process reviews and EV readiness. • Coordinate the onboarding & training of new Market Managers.
