Responsible for all field learning programs for nationwide travel stop & fuel retailer with over employees in over 550 locations. Responsible for overall Leader Development strategy and programs. Lead a team of learning professionals in the development of eLearning and in person training programs. Maintains the effective operation of the company’s Learning Management System (LMS) and associated learning platforms such as our Quick Reference Guide (QRG) library, and our Learning Experience Platform (LXP). Developed On-Boarding program that decreased new hire turnover by 10% in the first year. Recognized by Chief Learning Officer Magazine as a Bronze Level Learning Organization in 2021 and a Silver Level Learning Organization in 2022.
