Role includes collaboration in identifying and implementing strategies and approaches related to the delivery of our design services that meet client expectations and align with the firm\'s core values- Primary supervisor of the Practice leaders nationally who guide the firms national Architecture Design Talent_Supervise the Los Angeles and Denver Architecture Design Talent-Document designated signatory for project work as required across nine national jurisdictions-Develop, promote and monitor our delivery of services and workflow to ensure that our project goals and strategies meet our firm\'s expectations of design excellence- Support Market Sector Core teams with talent by identifying staff with the appropriate skill sets and resources to create successful and collaborative project teams- Work collaboratively with Los Angeles Principals on initiatives to maintain and promote the unique culture of the LA office- Lead staffing meetings to understand resource needs and create staffing schedules with market sector operations leaders- LEAN initiative leader for the Los Angeles office,_Oversee development of monthly technical seminars and global educational Architecture Discipline meetings- Evaluate staff skills and performance of staff on a regular basis to identify needs for training, preparedness and development opportunities- Responsible for making recommendations for promotions and compensation adjustments for staff under my supervision-Identify gaps in skill sets and hiring new staff including interviewing, on-boarding and performance reviews- Diligently work to educate, coach and develop staff and provide opportunities for personal and profession growth.
