As Vice President, I have spent over twenty years leading core operational areas and shaping the strategic direction of Menlo College. My work centers on building strong teams, setting clear priorities, and creating systems that support long-term stability and institutional growth.I have guided the College through major transitions by basing decisions on strategic planning, disciplined budget oversight, and developing people and structures that can sustain change. My experience has reinforced the importance of alignment, accountability, and clarity, principles that guide every unit I lead.My leadership approach focuses on developing others. I work to unify teams around a shared vision, enhance collaboration across key functions, and ensure expectations are understood and fulfilled. I believe institutions succeed when people are supported, systems are solid, and decisions are made with purpose and consistency.These leadership skills transcend sectors and demonstrate a steady, results-oriented approach to organizational growth and operational excellence.

   I lead Athletics, Club Sports, Intramurals, Recreation, and Performing Arts. These departments represent the largest employee groups on campus and directly influence student engagement, retention, and the college\'s daily identity. I manage major operational budgets, guide staff across multiple units, and ensure each area aligns with the institution\'s goals and expectations.Earlier in my tenure, I also oversaw Enrollment Management, the Campus Store, Marketing, Camps and Conference Services, and Facilities Maintenance. That experience gave me a comprehensive understanding of the institution’s operational structure and how decisions in one area impact the entire campus.My leadership approach is straightforward: build strong teams, set clear expectations, and align people with the college’s strategic direction. I work across departments to create stability, improve processes, and support institutional growth. These departments are key to recruitment, retention, and the overall student experience, and I ensure they operate with consistency, accountability, and purpose.
