Keith is an Associate Quantity Surveyor (MRICS) at Randall Simmonds with 20 years post qualification experience. He has recently joined Randall Simmonds with the aim of expanding the core business from a new location in Wells, Somerset. Keith’s experience extends across a multitude of the industry sectors including Commercial, Retail and Leisure and is currently leading commissions in Education, Health, Private and Affordable Housing and Commercial Office Refurbishments across Somerset, Bristol and South Wales.Keith’s attributes include delivering projects solely or managing Commercial teams in meeting the Client’s brief from inception through to completion. Keith’s knowledge across all aspects of quantity surveying encompasses feasibility, option appraisals, bench-marking and cost planning, value engineering, life cycle costing and risk analysis. Post contract competencies include Contractor selection and tender analysis, overall project financial management and contract administration.Away from work, Keith is a sports enthusiast with a passion for both football, cricket and golf. Keith has also acted as Chairman of a local Community Group and now supports as a member of the committee, ensuring its buildings are managed and maintained efficiently and economically.
