Since 1976 I have been finding simple solutions to complex problems all while building momentum and a knowledge base that gets applied to the next challenge.With experience in Drilling, Completions, Underground Salt Caverns, Onshore Operations and Engineering, and Offshore (from Jackups to Drill Ships) my Tool Box of Field and Office experiences serve me well to innovate and deliver on clients\' projects.Once I establish consistent performance I can then move to innovate solutions while building a team that strive to increase the bottom line.My experience in offshore environments has shown me the true meaning of \"time is money\". When helping manage a 1.2MM USD per day operation we had to be prepared, had to be organized, and had to deliver. The expectations demanded it.The Western Canadian Oil & Gas Industry has shown in the past few years that to keep working we need be be fiscally responsible, develop the tightest tolerances on performance, through bringing a team together that can look in the same direction towards a common goal.I can bring people together, clearly describe their role as it fits within the team and from that, create value for our company and clients.
