Keith also works with regional landlords and developers to include Hilton Realty, Abrams Realty & Development, Scarborough Properties, Summerwood Corporation, Metropolitan Management Corporation and Revere Suburban Realty. Keith believes in the value of “strategic leasing,” utilizing a full spectrum of resources to evaluate an asset and work with the landlord to create a long-term real estate leasing plan. In addition to his leasing work, Keith advises property owners on the sale of vacant, non-income producing assets. Additionally, Keith represents select tenants in the Philadelphia MSA.Keith graduated from the University of Maryland and obtained a master’s degree from Johns Hopkins University.
