My strength is having the capability and tenacity to do it right the first time. I am a team leader, manager, and advocate. I take great pride in being a good leader and caring about people’s accomplishments and make sure they grow their skills. I am a life-long learner who is never content with the status quo. I like to challenge myself in doing things I’m don’t know and learning how. I learn from my past and never am complacent to repeat what I’ve already done. I want to make the next time even better. I love what I do. My enthusiasm has no bounds and can overcome any obstacles. No challenge is too big. I believe anything is possible and bring creativity skills from other interests into my work. I have the experience, skills, and confidence to deliver what is needed, when it is needed.
