My new role at Networks Centre will be focused around the setting up of our new training academy where we will be delivering the BICSI RCDD course in the UK again. I will also be developing bespoke training courses for our clients from installation and termination best practices to testing copper and fibre networks using Fluke Networks test equipment, and many others as the opportunities are identified.Working with our sales and project teams, i will offer support for our tier 1 solutions (Panduit, Siemon, Raritan and Brand Rex) and help to raise awareness of the additional services we offer to our partners. To make sure we are continually adding value for our customers, I will also be looking at new products to help expand our product portfolio
