ABOUT KEITH ROBERT NOLAN

Possessing excellent leadership ability, I am a highly committed and focussed professional, I have directly led the management of various managed service and non managed service sites, implementing key ICT strategies and technology over the past decade, this is demonstrated by my willingness to solve problems and prepare for an ever-changing environment and technology. I believe it is always important to strive to go the extra mile to ensure successes and lead by example with a comprehensive and charismatic approach in my management helping to prepare and bring about effective and accurate change with my teams at a very high standard of work and efficiency.I have spent many years working in both the Arts and Education Sectors both publicly and privately, working with the Royal Opera House to provide services that deliver solutions to aid in the delivery of the world class ballet and opera and working in the development of Building Schools for the Future and in addition both LEA educational establishments and Academy trusts. I presently work in the Arts sector where I continue to demonstrate my managerial and leadership skills in improving standards across the Royal Opera House,\"the worlds greatest theatre\".
