Audit intake team and underwriters to ensure they made the correct decision on what they deemed as an \"incomplete package\" or a \"complete\" package of Loss mitigation documents. Ensure all letters being sent requesting missing documents were actually missing and needed. Determine if packages deemed complete contained all necessary documents: Financial statements, hardship letters, tax returns, bank statements, pay stubs etc. A complete package is mandatory to send the loan to an underwriter for final review to receive a modification for borrowers loan so they can afford to stay in their home.
