About Keith Plokhoy
I build and scale businesses in construction materials and civil infrastructure manufacturing — from early-stage commercialization through post-acquisition integration and national market expansion with full P&L accountability. I started on the shop floor at a precast concrete plant, spent 12 years learning every function of that business, then moved into general management where I ran a large, multi-site division, driving revenue growth and leading through a PE acquisition. From there, I commercialized a new engineered infrastructure product for the U.S. market, took it from zero to first delivery in under a year, and led the process that resulted in its acquisition by a Fortune 500 construction materials company. Today I run that product line\'s P&L, owning commercial strategy, operations, and go-to-market execution. What I do best: take complex, technical products into new markets, build the teams and commercial structures to scale them, and create value in environments where speed and entrepreneurial instinct matter as much as operational discipline.
