   As PM I am the point person in charge of specific technology projects within the Heidelberg Distributing Co. IT Department, serving as the bridge between upper management and the development team(s) tasked with the actual execution of each project. I report directly to both the Assistant Director and Director of IT regularly regarding the progress of each project. In this position I directly manage, monitor and control all aspects of each project; including time, scope, and resource management by leveraging concepts found in both the rolling-wave and agile process methodologies. Responsibilities include: • Closely collaborated with project members to identify and quickly address problems. • Maintained schedules to meet key milestones at every project phase. • Communicated project plans and progress to key stakeholders and project contributors. • Developed project plans and managed project scope using traditional, agile, and hybrid methodologies to guide projects from conceptualization to implementation and maintenance. • Gathered project requirements through interviews, meetings, and walkthroughs with potential application users and to develop business requirements documents (BRD), functional requirements documents (FRD) and user mockups. • Collaborated with business users, technical teams, database administrators and testing teams during kickoff meetings, joint application designing and planning sessions to validate requirements. • Adjusted project plans to account for dynamic targets, staffing changes and operational specifications. • Managed project teams in traditional and agile environments, realizing success through application of Scrum and DA methodologies and exceptional leadership skills. • Supported and executed simultaneous delivery of various e-commerce and mobile projects.
