Expanding IFA practise with currently 33 advisers looking to build what is already a completely sustainable business and increase our client bank from to over the coming years. We want to grow our business by focussing on the individual strengths of all of our staff and advisers and just get on and provide good clear financial advice and create a very profitable business which will be around for a long time and not sold or carved up for the benefit of a competitor, some of which only see the client as a commodiity. We are normal people with a determination to give honest competent advice to all types of clients who are happy to pay fees for this advice. We offer a good positive environment to our current and new advisers and are determined to maintain a great atmosphere to allow all our advisers to thrive and survive in the new world and be happy operating within our profitable business which we will all benefit from in the years ahead. Our culture lends itself to stability. We have permissions for all regulated activity and do not hold client money.

ABOUT KEITH PENNY
Founder partner in Pennymatters - the aim to build a profitable sustainable business with a culture that would survive and thrive in what was going to be a challenging opportunity both pre and post the Retail Distribution Review.I am a board member along with Mark Trainor and Richard Norman, and we have over 20 shareholders, some of whom are our advisers. All board members are business writers and therefore we understand all the challenges facing our advisers and clients.I now spend 80% of my time advising mainly pre and post retirement clients and give confidence and belief to existing and new advisers. The business offers advice to everyone and we all just get on with it.We have expanded and now regulate 32 advisers some of whom are employed. Our culture ensures our collective knowledge is greater than any individual within the business and thus clients will never be referred away from the business- we want to be regulated in all areas. We do not want to sell our business, and end up having our clients treated like a commodity, and welcome the regulation offered by the FCA.Life was not supposed to be easy so just get on and enjoy it.
