About Keith Parker

Project manager and consultant. I am a PMP, Certified Scrum Master and ITIL v.2 certified.I currently work as an Aerospace Engineering Project Manager. I lead teams of analysts, engineers, draftsmen, and technical writers. I have experience leading these multi-skilled teams to accomplish various types of engineering projects, including: fault and failure analysis, reverse engineering, rapid prototype development, validation and verification, systems engineering and integration. Other strengths include IT project management and IT governance. I have worked on small integrations like Office 365 migrations as well as large-scale, enterprise wide deployments. I have a deep understanding of ITIL and integration of governance frameworks within the enterprise and especially the aligning of business strategy and IT. I have done work in quality assurance and independent validation and verification of different scale projects. I have strengths in public speaking and have presented at national conferences. I am a former member of the Bricktown Rotary club, and had the privilege of being vice-president. I have a deep appreciation for the arts. I have served as Board President of the Oklahoma City Theatre Company, as well as on the board for the Pollard Theatre Company. I continue to volunteer in my community serving on various committees for the Oklahoma City Festival of the Arts. I am presently on the board for the Association of Angel Fire Property Owners having previously served on the bylaws committee.
