I represent debtors-in-possession, creditors committees, fiduciaries including trustees, receivers and assignees for the benefit of creditors, asset purchasers, financial institutions, parties to contracts (such as landlords, tenants, franchisors, licensors and licensees), and secured and unsecured creditors in reorganizations, liquidations, workouts, assignment for the benefit of creditor proceedings, receiverships, adversary proceedings and bankruptcy appeals. I have represented clients in various industries including healthcare, retail, construction, automotive, real estate, hospitality, licensing, software, entertainment, sports, financial services, legal services, cannabis and a variety of other Industries.
