Selected to be part of a transformation to bring traditional material Control activities and function together under a matrixed Integrated Supply Chain organization. Integrated scheduling, demand planning and inventory management into one cohesive department. Responsible for the introduction of the WCM methodology and practice (Logistics and Customer Service Pillar) to the Cleveland facility. Responsible for the entre materials process for a 1 million square foot facility; encompassing 15 assembly lines, stamping, fabricating and paint operations as well as a distribution center for finished goods Managed approximately parts both internally made and purchased which are used in the production of nearly 400 finished goods skus. Position is also responsible for supplier management, new product launches and the development of a 5 year factory master plan for process and productivity improvementsPart of the SNOP and Demand Planning team to help establish operating rates, manage finished goods days of supply and develop plans for increasing / changing volumes.Responsible for day to day supplier and carrier management including parts supply issues, payment / purchasing concerns, carrier claims and routings and service part management
