I’m an IT Infrastructure & Security Manager with 20+ years of experience leading infrastructure, support, and cybersecurity initiatives across enterprise environments. My background spans infrastructure operations, network and server administration, endpoint management, IT service delivery, vendor management, and security program support. In my current role, I support infrastructure operations, cybersecurity execution, ISMS activities, and ISO/IEC 27001-aligned controls while partnering across the business to improve reliability, security, and service outcomes. I’m especially passionate about modernizing environments, improving operational maturity, and translating technical needs into practical business solutions. Recent work has included deploying CrowdStrike Falcon, implementing Freshservice ITSM, and modernizing wireless infrastructure with Meraki.Earlier in my career, I led initiatives that reduced ISP costs by more than 75%, supported Azure VDI implementation that generated more than $200K in hardware savings, and helped drive service outcomes above 90% satisfaction.
