After 25 years in K-12 education—as a teacher, coach, principal, deputy superintendent and ultimately a superintendent—I discovered a real passion for school facility planning while leading our district’s bond construction work. That led me to Plante Moran Realpoint, where I now support districts through building utilization and enrollment studies that guide smart, future-focused capital improvements. When resources are tight, making the right decision from the start is critical. My goal has always been to positively impact students—and that mission continues here.
