I manage the Foreign Service WAE (When Actually Employed) program. This entails total responsibility for processing of human resource actions, tracking time worked, the coordination, assignment, dissemination and safegauard of over 250 high ranking retired Ambassadors, Deputy Chiefs of Mission and Foreign Service Officers. On a daily basis I perform duties as principal officer with full responsibility for management of the fore mentioned program. I established and maintain a records management system for tracking the status and whereabouts of newly assigned and inactive Foreign Service annuitants.
