ABOUT KEITH MACDOUGALL
The Project Management role I have taken on within BGIS has been the catalyst for the newest stage of my learning journey. Taking on this role was made possible due to my drive and tight relationships formed at CBCI/Solotech and my experience with AV deployements has provided me a solid framework to build upon. As a Project Manager on the LBPR project I am working to narrow our team\'s focus on the critial path for project completion through refining active and upcoming project requirements. I am striving to craft timely cost effective solutions where possible to ensure project delays and costs are mitigated as best possible. To ensure project delivery I continuous promote and praise effective communication between our trades, consultant and system designers. My strength with large groups is that whenever required I assume the liasing/mediation role between stakeholders. I am able to quickly bridge the gap between personal conflict and refocus the group on task items while stripping away the layers of arbitrary information. Currently I am working with several mentors to further develop my Project Management skillset. I look forward to growing with BGIS as an individual and aiding the growth of my team’s skills and knowledge in the years to come.
