ABOUT KEITH LOW
I work within the Building Consultancy department at CSquared Real Estate from the Bristol office covering the South West of the UK and beyond when required. I have experience in the field of dilapidations advising both landlords and tenants on lease liabilities, break clauses and overseeing negotiations of settlements ranging from to £2million on a variety of properties from offices, industrial, leisure and retail. I have also developed a keen interest in technical due diligence surveys, providing advice on property acquisitions to investment funds, landlords, owner occupiers and tenants in order that informed decisions can be made in relation to their property portfolios on a range of properties from office, industrial, retail, leisure and public sector. I also undertake contract administration and project management duties as well as building reinstatement valuations for insurance purposes, feasibility studies, planned maintenance reports, licences to alter and bank monitoring.
